Doctor
Dr. John D Crockett , DVM,BS,BA
|
Dr. Crockett was born and raised in Seattle where he attended and met his wife Marsha at Roosevelt High School. He completed his undergraduate studies and graduated from the University of Washington. After a two year career as a lending officer for Seattle First National Bank, he elected to pursue his real ambition of becoming a veterinarian. He established the first companion animal practice in Mukilteo in 1981, and has continued to serve the needs of Mukilteo's pets ever since. He is a member of the Washington State Veterinary Association, is a former president of the Snohomish County VMA, and former president of the Board of Directors for the Mill Creek Country Club Association. Dr. Crockett has devoted his life to helping care for the dogs and cats of his clients and understands the importance that pets represent in our lives.
Dr. Crockett enjoys following the various pursuits of his two adult children, Jason and Jamie, is an avid golfer, a supporter of Young Life ministry, and an advocate for animal welfare. He is also passionate about music and most outdoor activities.
Dr. Crockett currently shares his home with a cat named JoJo and a little Papillon named Jillie (see attached photo), who are providing endless hours of excitement and entertainment. |

Dr. Jeff D Dahl , DVM,BS Dr. Dahl was born and raised in Mountlake Terrace. He graduated from MLT High School, then did his undergraduate and professional schooling at Washington State University. He received his bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science in 1985, followed by his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine, cum laude, in 1988. Since 1991 he has been working with Dr. Crockett in Mukilteo.
Dr. Dahl enjoys spending time at the local dog parks with his 3-legged Lab mix and his Greyhounds. He spends his spare time doing handyman work, working-out at a local gym, and enjoys quiet home time with his dogs.
